Position Overview We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef Partner to co-lead this flagship concept in Mohali. This is a unique opportunity to become a core part of a high-profile launch, with partnership potential and a leadership role in menu development, kitchen operations, and brewery-culinary integration . The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary leader with experience across multiple cuisines, a deep understanding of craft brewing, and a passion for innovation and guest experience. The individual in this role will work to drive both short-term and long-term business growth through creative and strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values. Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine the brand’s positioning. Develop brand guidelines to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Marketing Campaigns and Promotion : Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.) to build brand awareness and generate leads. Manage the execution of campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring they meet business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize future initiatives. Content Creation and Communication : Oversee content creation across different platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, email marketing, and traditional media. Work closely with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and effectively communicates the company’s message. Monitor social media trends and develop strategies to leverage emerging platforms and technologies. Brand Monitoring and Reporting : Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to branding and marketing efforts, including ROI, customer engagement, website traffic, and sales growth. Conduct brand audits and customer feedback surveys to assess brand perception and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Market Research and Competitor Analysis : Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
