Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and smooth restaurant functioning. This role helps maintain high food quality, hygiene standards, and a positive dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff supervision. Support in training, scheduling, and motivating team members. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing costs. Monitor sales performance and help implement strategies to increase revenue. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Act as the Manager on Duty when required. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
