Role Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff supervision, managing inventory, organizing shifts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and resolving customer concerns effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus.
