Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at our on-site location in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include supervising team members, maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and assisting in the hiring and training process. You will also collaborate closely with the management team to achieve business targets and drive operational efficiency.

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Hiring and team management
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required
