Job Description

Join our kitchen team to help prepare and cook dishes inspired by Peruvian and Latin flavors. You’ll work with bold ingredients, fire-led cooking, and diverse techniques, while keeping the kitchen clean and efficient. Main Duties: Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes using Peruvian-Latin styles (e.g., ceviches, open-flame grills, corn-based dishes). Handle ingredient prep: native chillies (ají amarillo, rocoto), large-kernel corn (choclo), etc. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety. Follow recipes, portion and presentation standards. Store and rotate ingredients properly, especially imported/unique ones. Support senior chefs and learn new skills related to Peruvian/Latin cuisine. Requirements: Basic cooking knowledge; experience in kitchens is a plus. Interest or some familiarity with Peruvian, Latin, or fusion cuisines (for example: ceviche, grilled rotisserie chicken, corn-custard dishes). Hospitalitynews Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and on varied shifts (including evenings/weekends). Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
