Commi / Helper Cook (Works Under Head Chef) Assist the Head Chef and senior cooks in daily kitchen operations Perform basic food preparation: chopping, cleaning, marinating, portioning Follow recipes and instructions exactly as given by the Head Chef Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, utensils, and equipment Handle raw materials safely and store food as per kitchen standards Support cooking during service hours as required Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen discipline at all times Help packing Follow kitchen safety guidelines Carry out any other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef Requirements: Basic knowledge of kitchen work (training/on-the-job acceptable) Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Team player with a disciplined attitude Reporting To: Head Chef Position Level: Commi / Helper Cook
