Job Title: Store Staff, SoupX QSR Company SoupX—India’s First Healthy Soup-Based Meal QSR Chain Featured and funded on Shark Tank India Job Type: Full-time, hospital-based QSR outlet Number of Openings: Multiple positions Salary and Benefits Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month PF and ESI as per company policy Free staff food provided Yearly growth with a fast-growing startup Stable job with learning opportunity in QSR operations Working Hours: 9 to 10 hours per day Shift-based working Weekly off as per the roster Outlet Locations: Aarvy Hospital, Sector 90, Gurgaon Max Hospital, Sector 129, Noida Accord Hospital, Faridabad Accenture, Sector 21, Gurgaon Artemis Hospital, NFC, Delhi Joining Details: Immediate joining required Joining starts from 6th January 2026 Final face-to-face interview at Faridabad Sector 43 office Eligibility: Both male and female candidates can apply Experience in QSR brands like Subway, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, or similar preferred Freshers can apply if willing to learn Basic Hindi and simple English communication Comfortable working inside hospital premises Skills Required: Process-driven food preparation skills Experience in handling frozen and ready-to-cook food products Knowledge of QSR standard operating procedures Ability to prepare healthy menu items like soups, salads, subs, and sandwiches Understanding of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards Key Responsibilities: Prepare food items as per standard recipes and SOPs Handle frozen food thawing and heating processes correctly Prepare salads, subs, and sandwiches with consistency Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation and equipment Assist in billing and customer service when required Follow hospital hygiene and safety guidelines strictly Support the store manager in daily operations About SoupX: SoupX is a Shark Tank India featured brand building India’s first hospital focused healthy QSR chain.
