Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible individual to join our team as a Cashier cum Assistant Manager at our Shawarma Café in Delhi. This role requires someone who can handle both cash transactions and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:Cashiering Duties:

• Handle all cash, card, and UPI transactions efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Ensure billing accuracy and manage the POS system.
• Handle cash drawer reconciliation and daily deposits.

Assistant Manager Duties:

• Supervise staff and daily operations during shift.
• Ensure smooth service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order processing.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the owner/manager.
• Help with inventory checks and vendor coordination when required.
• Train new staff and maintain service standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cashier, team lead, or supervisor in a food outlet or QSR.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and POS billing systems.
• Strong communication, customer service, and team leadership skills.
• Must be reliable, honest, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Age: 25-45 years.
• Basic computer literacy.

Shift & Salary:

• Work Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
• Shift Timing: Rotational (Morning/Evening)
• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives + meals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
