Review and approve
Method Statements
related to construction activities
Conduct
site inspections
for civil works including RCC, finishing, and structural activities
Raise, track, and close
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Coordinate with
clients, consultants, and project teams
on quality matters
Ensure
material inspection
and approval before usage at site
Maintain
quality records, checklists, WIRs, MIRs
, and test reports
Monitor
concrete quality
, cube testing, and lab compliance
Conduct
internal quality audits
and support external audits
Ensure implementation of
corrective and preventive actions
Monitor
vendor and subcontractor quality performance
Ensure compliance with
IS codes, specifications, and contract requirements
Train site staff on
quality procedures and best practices
Coordinate with Planning, Execution, and Safety teams for quality compliance

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
QA/QC processes in construction projects
Familiarity with
ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Knowledge of
IS Codes / ASTM standards
Proficient in
quality documentation and reporting
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering
with relevant QA/QC experience

Experience

5 to 8 years
of relevant QA/QC experience in construction / EPC projects
