We are looking for an Assistant Planning & Billing Engineer (Civil) with 13 years of experience in RA billing, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and basic planning activities for civil construction projects.

Role & responsibilities

Planning Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of
project schedules, bar charts, and work programs
Track
planned vs actual progress
and update schedules regularly
Support senior engineers in
Autocad / MS Project
updates
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly
progress reports
Coordinate with site team to collect progress data

Billing & Quantity Surveying Responsibilities

Prepare and verify
RA Bills and Final Bills
Take accurate
quantity measurements
from drawings and site
Prepare and update
BOQs and Measurement Books (MB)
Assist in
client and subcontractor billing
Prepare
extra item statements and variation quantities
Ensure billing is done as per
approved drawings and contract terms

Documentation & MIS

Prepare
Excel-based billing sheets and MIS reports
Maintain drawing registers and revision records
Keep proper billing backups and supporting documents
Assist in reconciliation of material consumption (basic level)

Technical & Compliance Support

Follow
measurement rules
as per CPWD / standard specifications
Ensure compliance with
IS Codes and project specifications
Assist in audits related to billing and quantities
Support quality and safety documentation when required

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
RA Billing, BOQ, MB preparation
Good command over
MS Excel
(formulas, billing sheets)
Basic knowledge of
AutoCAD
for quantity extraction
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Project Experience

Residential / Commercial / Industrial / Infrastructure projects
