Job Description

Job Title:

Assistant Manager – Quality (QA/QC)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of
inspections, tests, and quality audits
Handle
customer complaints
, including timely closure and resolution
Ensure
good laboratory practices
and implement
5S
in QC lab operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement
CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
Conduct
Quality / ISO audits
and follow robust testing procedures
Manage all
quality documentation
, including SOPs, inspection reports, and CAPA records
Drive
continuous improvement initiatives
within the quality function

Key Skills & Competencies:

Chemistry background (B.Sc / M.Sc mandatory)
Proficient in
SAP systems
,
ISO 9001:2015
, and quality management tools
Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and observational skills
Excellent verbal and written
communication
and
presentation skills
Time management, flexibility to work in shifts, and adaptability to new responsibilities
Computer proficiency and understanding of technical specifications
