Assistant Manager – Purchase

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage procurement of non-IT materials such as:
• Poles
• UPS & Batteries
• CCTV IP Cameras and Surveillance Systems
• Energy Meters, Sensors, etc.
• Coordinate with OEMs and national distributors for material sourcing and negotiations.
• Handle imports and possess sound knowledge of

  Incoterms

  (e.g.,

  FOB, CIF, High Sea Sales

  ).
• Ensure efficient implementation of the

  Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  process.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand material requirements and support project needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in

  SAP

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in a

  Purchase

  role, preferably in

  System Integration

  companies.
• Strong knowledge of

  non-IT procurement

  categories as listed above.
• Familiarity with

  import regulations

  , shipping terms, and customs documentation.
• Proficiency in

  SAP

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
