Role Overview

This role supports our sourcing engine for fresh fruits and vegetables.

procurement planning, supplier negotiation, inventory monitoring, and quality control

Your Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory

• Source fresh produce and place timely orders

• Negotiate rates and supplier terms

• Maintain procurement documentation

Quality Control & Coordination

• Monitor quality and freshness standards

• Coordinate with logistics for on-time deliveries

• Track stock levels and forecast needs

Market Research & Vendor Management

• Identify and onboard new suppliers

• Benchmark pricing and availability

• Build and nurture long-term supplier partnerships

What We’re Looking For
