Assistant Property Manager

As an Assistant Manager - Operationalization at EuroKids & Kangaroo Kids, part of the Lighthouse Learning Group, your role is crucial in supporting Sales Managers and Franchise Partners in identifying suitable locations for franchise setups. You will be conducting area research on demographics, real estate trends, and purchasing power to facilitate successful new centre launches. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating suitable properties for new preschool centres in assigned geographies. - Building and maintaining a strong broker and consultant network for property sourcing. - Tracking market intelligence, real estate trends, and competitive benchmarks. - Maintaining a property funnel and providing timely updates to Sales Managers and Zonal Heads. - Overseeing pre-launch fit-outs and civil work in alignment with brand ambience standards. Qualifications Required: - Graduates/Post Graduates with 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Dealing, Broking, or Leasing. - Strong understanding of local markets and property dynamics in the assigned geography. - PG/MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred. - Confident, proactive, and well-networked professional with strong negotiation skills.
