Assistant Project Manager(civil)

The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, supervising site activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth progress of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support procurement activities and verify material quality/quantities.
• Monitor project costs and assist in preparing billing, invoices, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and resolve day-to-day project execution challenges.
• Organize project meetings and maintain records of minutes and follow-ups.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation.
• Ensure timely delivery of the project as per client and company expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (or relevant field).
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or site management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and safety norms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
