Assistant Project Manager - Western Region

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. 

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

 Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AV integration

projects from initiation to completion.

 Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments to ensure

on-time and within-budget delivery.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors to manage

project timelines, logistics, and technical dependencies.

 Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, quality issues, or resource

constraints.

 Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and safety

• protocols at every stage of execution.

System Design Validation:

 Review and validate AV system designs including schematics, BOQs, and

technical specifications prepared by the design/presales team.

Installation & Configuration:

o Installation and configuration of AV equipment including displays, video

conferencing systems, control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron), audio DSPs,

microphones, speakers, and switching equipment.

o Ensure system integration with IT networks, automation systems, and third party

platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

 Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal

teams throughout the project lifecycle.

 Conduct technical meetings, site surveys, and walkthroughs with stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:

 Prepare project reports, test reports, and final documentation for client handover.

 Maintain detailed project records, change logs, and issue trackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4 - 6 years' of relevant experience
