Assistant Project Manager

As a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in construction/site supervision, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are completed successfully. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications - Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met - Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits - Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement - Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices - Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project - Developing project timelines, including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestones along the way - Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients - Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is a plus - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently The company is offering a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule and performance bonus.
