Assistant Program Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Program Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing smooth program delivery, coordinating with teams and vendors, engaging with guests, and supporting sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This position offers extensive travel, adventure exposure, and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage day programs & on-ground operations. - Coordinate logistics with instructors, vendors, and transport. - Ensure seamless program delivery and guest satisfaction. - Conduct presentations in schools and parent/student orientations. - Support planning and execution of events, activities, and itineraries. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream, with 02 years experience in tours/adventure programs. - Good communication & presentation skills (local language & basic English). - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook). - Background in sports/extracurriculars preferred. - Passion for travel and outdoor activities.
