Job Description

Role Overview: You will be participating in building project strategy, roadmap planning, and final execution for the assigned operations. Additionally, you will be tracking business performance, analyzing existing daily operations, and enhancing processes to build a more robust eco-system. You will also be deep diving into operations to identify existing challenges and modify processes accordingly to resolve them. Managing internal and external stakeholders, creating dashboards to track productivity and KPIs, performing periodic quality checks, regular internal audits, and ensuring consistency across teams will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in building project strategy, roadmap planning, and final execution for the assigned operations - Track business performance, analyze existing daily operations, and enhance processes - Deep dive into operations to determine existing challenges and modify processes accordingly - Manage internal and external stakeholders, create dashboards, and track productivity and KPIs - Perform periodic quality checks, regular internal audits, and ensure consistency across teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or any related Technical discipline; MBA would be a plus - 3+ years of relevant work experience in stakeholder management and restaurant operations in a leading e-commerce company - Ability to shift between operational & strategic requirements - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing goals - Absolute attention to detail - Accountable, independent, and resourceful - Experience in project management to build and optimize processes - Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units - Analytical mindset and hands-on experience in SQL/data modeling - Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills - Experience/proficiency in programs such as C-Zentrix, Zendesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams Additional Company Details: noon.com is a technology leader aiming to be the best place to buy and sell things, accelerating the digital economy of the Middle East.
