Role Overview: As an Assistant Program Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing smooth program delivery, coordinating with teams and vendors, engaging with guests, and supporting sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This position offers extensive travel, adventure exposure, and opportunities for professional growth. Your enthusiasm, passion for adventure, travel, and hospitality will be the key drivers in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage day programs & on-ground operations. - Coordinate logistics with instructors, vendors, and transport. - Ensure seamless program delivery and guest satisfaction. - Conduct presentations in schools and parent/student orientations. - Support planning and execution of events, activities, and itineraries. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream, with 02 years experience in tours/adventure programs. - Good communication & presentation skills (local language & basic English). - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook). - Background in sports/extracurriculars preferred. - Passion for travel and outdoor activities.
