About the Role

Avviare Educational Hub is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Assistant Professor in Management with the ability to teach Finance subject. & other HR & Marketing Subjects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Student Mentorship

• Guide students in internship reports, project work, surveys, and viva assessments.
• Support students’ academic growth and career development.

Course & Academic Development

• Develop, revise, and enhance course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Use modern teaching tools and blended learning methods.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and other academic activities.
• Support departmental processes including NAAC/AICTE documentation.

Research

• Engage in research activities and contribute to academic publications.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Management/Marketing/Finance (MBA or equivalent).
• Ph.D. preferred (or pursuing).
• UGC NET preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to guide research and student projects effectively.
