Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all production-related activities to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of orders.
  • Oversee profile cutting, conduct random measurement checks, and guide each section daily to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor the assembly section, check for color mismatches and scratches on assembled doors, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and follow up on orders, manage manpower, and conduct quality checks in each section.
  • Handle SBC materials and maintain continuous follow-ups with the Sales Team for production requirements.
  • Update Wings/ERP and OPR spreadsheets daily, resolve production-related issues, and ensure effective communication with Stores and Sales Teams for seamless operations.
  • Monitor materials planned for installation and ensure readiness for the next days schedule; coordinate with production supervisors for execution and training.
  • Maintain daily production records, including separate logs for Production Updates, SBC Materials, and Digital Print Books, to ensure process efficiency.
  • In case of emergency or pending projects, take necessary steps to complete tasks on priority after informing the Production Manager and marking an intimation email to the HR Department for allowance processing.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Production and Installation Teams to review performance and address issues.
  • Follow up on returned materials for repair works.
  • Evaluate team performance monthly and submit reports to the Production Manager.

Installation & Site Management Responsibilities

  • Plan and allocate manpower for site installations and snag work.
  • Maintain daily dispatch and snag reports and submit weekly summaries.
  • Monitor installation team attendance, OT/site allowances, and daily food expenses, and submit details to the HR Department.
  • Manage site expenses and cash vouchers and submit them daily to the Accounts Department.
  • Act as Technical In-Charge and Installation Trainer for newly joined workers.
  • Coordinate effectively with Installation Teams, Drivers, Sales, and Accounts Departments for smooth operations.
  • Collect and submit courier dispatch bills and forward them to Stores.
  • Issue gate passes and petrol vouchers for drivers.
  • Maintain petty cash records and provide daily updates. Submit installation team allowances and OT details to the HR Department for processing.
  • Track and report delivered materials and installation completion on a daily basis.
  • Follow up on returned materials to the factory for necessary repair work.
  • Evaluate team performance monthly and submit reports to the Production Manager.
