Assistant Production Manager

We're Hiring: Production Manager at Éclat

Éclat is looking for a Production Manager to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced fashion environment and can manage the entire production lifecycle with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Production Management – Oversee sampling, sourcing, timelines, vendor coordination, and final deliveries.

Design Assistance – Work closely with the creative team to translate design ideas into finished products.

Client Handling – Manage client requirements, ensure timely communication, and maintain quality expectations.

Vendor & Tailor Coordination – Liaise with karigars, suppliers, and fabric vendors to ensure quality and consistency.

Quality Checks & Finishing – Conduct quality control checks and supervise finishing touches to ensure each piece meets Éclat standards.

Inventory & Order Tracking – Maintain production logs, order flow, and inventory records.

Location : Kolkata

Experience Required: 2+ years in garment production or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
