Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced FM Procurement Assistant Manager to join our team in India to handle UAE/KSA/Qatar/Bahrain & Egypt Facilities Management (FM), IT & Packaging Functions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). As a key member of our procurement team, the assistant Procurement Manager will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes for our FM projects, Capex & Opex / IT/ Packaging.


What you'll do


  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for FM/IT/Packaging products and services through the Category Manager.
  • Assist the procurement team in identifying potential suppliers and negotiating contracts and prices through RFQ Process or e-Bid.
  • Maintain and update the procurement database with supplier information, pricing, and product specifications.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Control all Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders spend and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in the resolution of supplier disputes and discrepancies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new products and services that could benefit the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as FM, Warehouse & Darkstores, IT Capex/OPEX & Packaging to ensure procurement processes are aligned with company goals.
  • Experience in Managing SLA , coordination and Control of FM Inspections.


What you'll need


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Additional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in FM/IT/Packaging Procurement with a proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost savings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CAFM Systems and handling is Mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
