Job summary

Support project planning and billing activities by assisting in cost estimation, scheduling, and financial analysis for construction projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning Assistance: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and work plans using industry-standard tools.
• Billing Management: Accurately prepare, review, and finalize project billing documents, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timeliness.
• Cost Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on project expenditures and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure cost control.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against timelines, identifying potential delays or issues and reporting them to senior management.
• Document Control: Maintain and update records of correspondence, contracts, and other project-related documentation as required.
• Software Proficiency: Primavera P6, MS Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in planning and billing within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field. Equivalent degrees are also acceptable.
• Technical Skills: Experience with planning and billing software tools pertinent to the industry.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing reports and billing documents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in site-based roles within the Oil & Gas sector
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
