Job Description

Role Overview: As a Statutory Compliances specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with provident fund, ESI, shops & commercial establishments, and other applicable laws. You are expected to have a good knowledge of Labour Laws and effectively manage tasks such as filing PF and ESI returns on time, stock maintenance, liaison with authorities when necessary, and maintaining and updating all necessary registers as required by labour laws, including CLRA. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining attendance registers, leave records, reimbursements, providing timely information on attendance and reimbursements, and ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place. Proficiency in Excel is a must for this role.
