Assistant Operations Executive

Job Summary:The Operations Support Assistant will manage backend and coordination tasks related to loan operations — including document processing, data entry, file tracking, and team coordination. The role involves both office-based work and occasional field visits as required. Key Responsibilities:Handle loan file documentation, verification, and uploading. Maintain trackers and update data in Excel/CRM/Google Sheets. Coordinate with Sales, Field Staff, and Bank Partners for smooth processing. Manage digital documents (scanning, uploading, PDF conversion, zip files, etc.). Visit the field for document collection or verification (if required). Ensure timely follow-ups and report submission within TAT. Essential Qualities:Well Educated: Graduate or Postgraduate preferred. Tech Friendly: Proficient in Excel and basic formulas Basic understanding of AI tools (prompt writing, report summarizing) Skilled in document handling (scanning, uploading, PDF conversion, zipping) Comfortable working with computer systems and online portals Recommended Additional Qualities:Communication Skills: Able to draft professional emails and WhatsApp messages Fluent in both Hindi and English Time Management & TAT Awareness: Completes work within deadlines Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently Detail Oriented: Ensures accuracy while checking documents Maintains follow-ups and reminders consistently Confidentiality & Trustworthy: Handles sensitive customer data securely Team Coordination: Coordinates effectively with bankers or team members in the absence of seniors Provides timely updates and reports Learning Attitude: Quick learner with a proactive and adaptive mindset Work Type:Office + Field (as per operational requirements)
