You will be joining a reputed Travel & Tourism Company with operations in India and the UAE, focusing on UAE tourist visas, visit visas, and travel services. The Kochi team is expanding, and as an Assistant Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in the following responsibilities: - Process UAE tourist/visit visas and manage the associated documentation efficiently. - Coordinate with clients, agents, and visa portals for seamless operations. - Verify visa applications and promptly address customer queries through email and phone communication. - Maintain accurate records and provide support for various travel-related tasks as needed.
