Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Baker to join our team. The candidate will work closely with our Cake Artist, assisting in the preparation, baking, and finishing of cakes and bakery items. The role requires someone who can work independently, follow instructions carefully, and deliver high-quality results with precision. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and baking of cakes, pastries, breads, and other bakery items. Support the Cake Artist in cake decoration, frosting, and finishing work. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of bakery products. Follow recipes, processes, and quality standards strictly. Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bakery area. Ensure timely completion of orders while meeting quality standards. Learn and adapt quickly to new baking. Skills & Requirements: Prior experience in baking or assisting in a bakery. Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail. Good finishing skills in baking and decorating cakes. Strong sense of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Punctual, reliable, and disciplined with time management. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
