Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
To perform Static Maintenance based on client request and render efficient and high-quality output in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Requirements
Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure activities supported for Client Request in workflows are adhered with respect to process guidelines and is completed within agreed SLA/ TAT
  • Support multiple product viz. Investment ID creation, Risk profile update, ReKYC, NACH mandate processing, Account Closure, etc.
  • Maintain volume MIS
  • Ensure post facto data quality checks and data update is done as per defined process
  • Obtain minimum satisfactory audit rating for each Group / Regulatory audit for CBG OPS
  • Alignment to standard operating procedure and operations handbook
Job Duties & Responsibilities
SSB Related (ATM / IBanking / Debit Card):
  • Static Data Maintenance basis client request received through Branch/ Digital/ CCTR channel
  • Handle various triplets/ queues pertaining to Investment ID creation, Risk profile update, ReKYC, NACH mandate processing, Account Closure, etc.
  • Review efficiencies of processes & support Line manager in improving processe
  • Identify opportunities of customer journeys and take up projects in achieving successful customer journey s
  • Ensure mandatory training is completed in a timely manner
  • Timely Incident Escalation
  • Regular SOP update
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in similar role
  • Basic Knowledge of Banking Regulation (KYC) & Internal Control Guidelines
Education / Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of graduation from recognised university
