Role & responsibilities

Board & Meeting Management

  • Drafting and issuing notices for Board/General Meetings
  • Preparing agendas and supporting documents
  • Recording and maintaining minutes of meetings

Administrative & Secretarial Skills

  • Drafting of official letters, notices, agendas, and minutes
  • File management and record keeping
  • Office coordination and documentation control

Financial & Accounting

  • Understanding of accounts, balance sheets, and financial statements
  • Knowledge of taxation basics and corporate finance

IT & Digital Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of ERP / office software

Preferred candidate profile

One Semi qualified Company Secretary from ICSI and possess knowledge of secretarial, statutory compliance and drafting work etc. Preferably 1-2 years of experience , however freshers may also apply.
