Assistant Marketing Manager

As an experienced Marketing professional, your role will involve building the Engineering brand and ensuring its purpose is reflected across various touchpoints such as the website, internal communication, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing marketing collaterals for product categories like APB, IEB, FEB, CEB, including event-led branding, brochures, and other regular requirements. - Planning and driving brand research initiatives based on business priorities. - Providing performance reports for various initiatives by defining KPIs, capturing leads for events, preparing IndiaMart performance reports, maintaining a repository of photos and videos, working on presentations, and more. - Working on the annual report content for the Engineering business. - Maintaining expense statements for marketing, facilitating POs for all marketing requirements. - Utilizing MIS and excel proficiency for data analysis reports, presentations, and more. - Staying updated on industry developments, competition, and marketing trends to positively impact the business through category and competition tracking, and keeping informed about the latest marketing trends. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in business administration with a Marketing specialization. - Minimum 4 to 5 years of prior experience in engineering-led companies such as Cummins, KOEL, Hyundai, Mahindra, with a focus on businesses like APB, IEB, FEB, electric powertrain preferred. Additionally, the role requires the candidate to be available to join within a month's time, with the flexibility for candidates who have taken a break, subject to a reference/background check.,
