Were looking for University Graduates/Post Graduates (Commerce / Finance Background) or equivalent work experience in lease administration.
A PMP / MBA degree is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant; Strong attention to detail;
Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting would be useful; Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data;
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines; Good interpersonal skills to operate as a pro-active member of a small core team; Positive approach to meeting clients needs;
Experience in using a property management/lease administration system. Should be able to work with and report to multiple point of contacts and multiple projects at the same time. Strong team management and project management skills including project planning.
