Candidate should be conversant with day-to-day accounting of transactions. Apart from regular accounting entries, he / she would be required to handle additional functions like operational GST/TDS compliances (payments, returns, filings), Bank Reconciliations, party account reconciliations, etc. GL Reconciliations, cleanup, audit coordination, AR/AP Process.
The candidate would also need to take care of certain Labor Law compliances like PF, Shops & Establishment, etc. Training would be given to the employee.
The employee would be required to visit various departments like Income Tax, GST, Labour Office, PF Department, ESIC, etc.
Candidates with good working knowledge of Accounting, MS Excel (functions, conditional formatting, pivot tables), and good communication skills will be considered.
Candidates with a passion to learn, who are able to absorb pressure, who aspire to make a career in accounting may consider this a good opportunity.
In case CA Articles completed, 1--2 years' experience is enough.
Pay would be commensurate with experience, knowledge and skills of the candidate.
