Are you passionate about technology and driven to excel in sales We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager/Senior Executive Sales B2B to join our expanding team with a focus on the B2B market for EV/Auto electronics/ESDM. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales of our innovative EV/Auto electronics/ESDM to corporate clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree or equivalent - Minimum 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Auto electronics - Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and quotas - Strong grasp of the B2B sales process from lead generation to deal closure - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities - Understanding of auto EV/electronics/ESDM of the electric vehicle landscape and its applications in various industries - Capability to establish strong client relationships and discern their requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to target corporate clients interested in EV solutions/Auto electronics/ESDM - Identify and qualify leads, conduct research, and discover potential opportunities - Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies - Prepare compelling presentations and proposals highlighting the advantages of our EV/Auto electronics/ESDM - Negotiate contracts and seal deals - Manage and sustain a robust sales pipeline - Monitor sales performance and provide reports on key metrics - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities - Engage in exhibitions and product promotions Skills Required: - Corporate sales strategy - Presentation skills - B2B sales experience - Proficiency in CRM software - Knowledge of EV/Auto electronics/ESDM - Sales expertise - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Negotiation skills - Analysis of industry trends - Exhibition and product promotion experience - Lead generation knowledge - Understanding of electric vehicles - Relationship-building capabilities,
