Job Description

As an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Human Resources at our company, you will have a key role in driving employee engagement, conducting surveys, enhancing employee experience, and managing grievance and exit processes. Your focus will be on creating a motivated, transparent, and feedback-driven work culture through structured engagement initiatives, town halls, recognition programs, wellness activities, and effective internal communication. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and cultural events across all locations. - Coordinate Town Halls and communication forums to strengthen leadership connect and transparency. - Design and implement Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to appreciate employee contributions and achievements. - Develop and manage annual engagement calendars and action plans based on survey insights. - Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring impactful and cost-effective execution. - Coordinate with the Marketing team for employer branding on social media and internal platforms. - Create and share internal HR newsletters, updates, and event highlights for employee communication. - Support employee wellness programs and CSR activities. - Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and polls as needed. - Analyze survey data, prepare detailed reports, and share findings with management and employees. - Facilitate action planning based on survey insights and monitor eNPS. - Maintain a dashboard of engagement metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives. - Handle employee grievances, conduct exit interviews, and prepare Exit Interview Reports. - Analyze attrition data, develop retention strategies, and implement feedback mechanisms. - Promote a positive, inclusive, and feedback-driven workplace culture. - Support mid-year medicals, employee name badges & Uniforms issuance, and HR audits. - Champion company culture, values, and recognition through regular communication. - Ensure visibility of R&R winners across internal platforms and social media. - Benchmark engagement practices and suggest innovative improvements. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field. - 3-6 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. - Experience in the hospitality or service industry preferred. - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR survey tools. **Key Competencies:** - Employee-centric and approachable personality. - Strong event planning and execution skills. - Creative and proactive in engagement and branding initiatives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Analytical and data-driven approach. - Empathetic, organized, and collaborative team player.,
