Assistant Manager(MARG Software)

We are looking for an experienced and result driven Assitant manager(Marg software)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager with a strong background in using Marg ERP Software. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Marg and a solid understanding of accounting, inventory, and billing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring accurate data management, and supporting the management team with system-driven insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations related to accounting, billing, inventory, and sales using Marg ERP software.
• Ensure accurate data entry, system updates, and real-time reporting.
• Train and guide junior staff on effective usage of Marg Software.
• Create and analyze reports for management (e.g., sales, stock, purchase, GST, P&L).
• Monitor and maintain system data integrity and perform periodic audits.
• Coordinate with the accounts, purchase, sales, and store departments for smooth workflow.
• Resolve software-related issues and liaise with Marg support when necessary.
• Assist in implementing system upgrades and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and decision-making based on system reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Marg ERP Software (Billing, Inventory, Accounting Modules).
• Skills:
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and taxation (GST).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Other Requirements:
• Certification or training in Marg Software (if any).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
