Job Description

What your role will entail

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with Schools define staffing requirements 
  • Supporting the Director of schools and Senior Manager Human Resources to 

identify key/high risk roles and creating a recruitment plan for the year looking at both internal and

external talent 

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of

qualified job applicants;

HR Operations, Data & Compliance

  • HR operations for Nagpur schools ( Recruitment operations, Onboarding & Induction, Exit formalities, payroll etc)
  • Ensuring HR compliances under statutory laws as applicable to charitable organizations like

ESCI, PF, POSH, Shops & Establishments. Support HR audit requirements, as needed

  • Review & maintain HR Data and MIS

Policies, Processes and Systems

• To execute all HR policies and processes and ensure quality and timely implementation 

• Effective communication of employee policies and processes 

Team Management

  • Contribute to the HR team goals and priorities beyond individual goals and priorities
  • Will oversee a team of 1-2 members and be accountable for guiding their development and ensuring performance outcomes.
