Assistant Manager/Manager - Human Resources

As a Talent Acquisition professional, your role will involve partnering with schools to define staffing requirements and collaborating with the Director of Schools and Senior Manager Human Resources to identify key/high-risk roles. You will be responsible for creating a recruitment plan for the year that considers both internal and external talent. Managing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. In terms of HR Operations, Data & Compliance, you will ensure HR compliances under statutory laws applicable to charitable organizations such as ESCI, PF, POSH, and Shops & Establishments. You will also support HR audit requirements as necessary and review & maintain HR Data and MIS. Your role will entail executing all HR policies and processes to ensure quality and timely implementation. You will be responsible for effectively communicating employee policies and processes within the organization. In terms of Team Management, you will contribute to the HR team's goals and priorities beyond individual goals. Additionally, you will oversee a team of 1-2 members, guiding their development and ensuring performance outcomes. The compensation for this role is in the range of Rs.7,00,000 to Rs.9,00,000 per annum, with additional benefits such as PF, gratuity, medical insurance, and paid time off provided over and above the salary.,
