We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Manager - B2C Operations to oversee our end-to-end B2C operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operational workflow at 3PL warehouses, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the entire B2C operational workflow at 3PL warehouses, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination. - Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance metrics and operational goals. - Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and tools, including Unicommerce, to ensure efficient operations. - Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner. - Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations. Key Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2C operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry. - Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is a significant advantage. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
