Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

In this role, your responsibilities will include key account management where you will take ownership of individual booking/target and strive towards achieving budgets for a given year. You will be targeting customers, install base with various solution offerings and collaborating closely with the region team, channels/distributors, industry verticals, and lifecycle services. The role also involves developing new ESPs and OEMs for incremental growth, driving business development and market engagement, and building a funnel around uncovered markets and geographies. As a suitable candidate for this position, you are expected to be technically minded with a minimum of six to fifteen years of relevant work experience. Your experience should include selling pneumatic products and field instruments like solenoid valves, proximity sensors, and pressure regulators. Knowledge of valve automation, understanding the offerings of competition, industry knowledge for process industries, chemical, power, etc., and overall market knowledge are essential for this role. To excel in this position, you will need to be proficient in English, both spoken and written, have knowledge of computer-based administrative systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Oracle. Additionally, familiarity with products within the predefined scope of the business unit, ability to adapt quickly to new situations, work well within a team, and meet people with confidence and reservation are key requirements. Preferred qualifications that would set you apart include a BE/B-Tech in Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical Degree and at least 6 to 15 years of working experience in a similar field.
