As a Manager - Design for Control Valves at Nashik location, you will be required to have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include: Hands-on experience in designing products according to standards such as ANSI B16.34, API6D, and PED. Proficiency in design calculations, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis. Familiarity with various standards like ANSI/ASME/API/EN/ISO related to control valves. Good understanding of Valve Automation & Instrumentation. Conducting contract reviews for technical aspects of each order. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably 3D software like Inventor/Pro-E. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and supervise team members" work. Effective work planning and adherence to departmental procedures. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Your responsibilities will also include: Leading and guiding a team of design professionals in product development and application engineering projects. Preparing and reviewing engineering drawings with attention to detail. Finalizing material specifications and processes to ensure product quality. Value engineering by reducing product weight, optimizing existing products, and standardizing designs. Generating multiple concepts and proposing various solutions for requirements. Creating prototypes for concept approval. Ensuring compliance with Quality Systems and implementing QMS in the technical department. Providing technical support to the back-office, manufacturing, and other departments as required.,
