Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - ARC/BSP | Travel Domain | 8+ Years Location - Pune/Mumbai Summary - We are looking for an experienced professional with deep knowledge in travel management back-end operations, reconciliation, and GDS systems . If you have 8+ years of experience in the travel industry and a strong command over ARC/BSP settlements , this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities - Handle complex reconciliation of travel agency and airline transactions including ARC and BSP settlements. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of air, hotel, and queue management. Monitor real-time operations , allocate tasks, and ensure SLAs are met. Act as a subject matter expert for Sabre, Amadeus , and other GDS platforms. Manage financial records, identify discrepancies , and drive resolutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for issue resolution and payment cycle tracking . Prepare periodic reports for senior management and support compliance audits. Stay updated on IATA, ARC, and BSP guidelines and implement industry best practices. Lead training and refresher programs to improve team capabilities. Requirements - Minimum 8 years of experience in a Global Travel Management Company (TMC). Strong understanding of Sabre, Amadeus, ARC, and BSP processes. Experience managing TMC back-end operations and complex ticketing workflows. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proficient in MIS and reconciliation reporting .
