Role Overview:

We are hiring a results-oriented Corporate Relations Analyst/Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is for a dynamic professional with 2–5 years of dedicated experience in university and campus placements, who brings an active and extensive network of corporate hiring partners.

You will be responsible for immediately leveraging this network to drive our placement strategy, create high-impact career opportunities for our learners, and build a sustainable pipeline of employer relationships. This is a full-time, onsite position with a clear path to a management role based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Immediately activate and expand your professional network to generate a consistent pipeline of placement opportunities and meet ambitious targets.
  • Own, manage, and grow relationships with new and existing corporate partners to secure diverse placement roles.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of campus recruitment drives, industry workshops, and employer engagement events.
  • Track all placement activities, manage pipelines, and report on key metrics using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal academic and student-facing teams to ensure learners are prepared for corporate roles.

  • Must-Have Qualifications:

    • An established, active, and extensive network of corporate hiring partners that can be immediately leveraged for placements.
    • 2–5 years of proven, hands-on experience focused specifically on university/campus placements with a strong track record.
    • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
    • Proficiency with CRM software, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn for professional networking and pipeline management.
