Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Organized and excellent time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
