Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Vadodara. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client accounts, coordinating with the auditing and tax teams, and ensuring compliance with company law and financial management practices. The role involves providing consultancy to clients, staying updated with the latest industry developments, and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

CA inter/CS/CWA

• Experience in Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Management
• Knowledge of Company Law Matters and consultancy services
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry developments
• Proficiency in managing a technologically advanced office environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
