Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure
timely processing of Accounts Payable (AP)
and vendor invoices, including verification, approval workflow, and posting.
Perform
bank reconciliation
on a regular basis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Possess working knowledge of
TDS and GST
, including deductions, return preparation support, and compliance.
Work on
SAP Business One (SAP B1)
for accounting entries, AP/AR posting, vendor management, and general bookkeeping.
Handle
cash management
, daily cash book maintenance, and assist in managing petty cash.
Understanding of
Balance Sheet, P&L, and MIS
to support monthly financial reporting.
Provide
audit support
, including preparing schedules, documentation, and assisting internal/external auditors.
Ensure
compliance of statutory payments
such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
Minimum 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in
SAP B1
, MS Excel, and accounting processes.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
