Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct Manufacturing feasibility based on Design concept / Drawing.
Parts Development Experience thro APQP/ PPAP process
Exposure to quality tools and techniques
Supplier Quality System Audit, Supplier Selection and Up gradation.
Provide inputs in tool development to achieve Right First time
Perform ISIR and approve the parts for Dimensions and metallurgy.
Review of PPAP documents including FMEA / Process capability reports /PDI/Packing Standards and approving the lot
Resolve the development and regular quality issues thro process improvements through structured approach.
Upgrade Supplier Quality system status to meet TAFE requirements
Resolution for warranty issues related to supplier processes.

Preferred candidate profile

The Person is responsible for ensuring regular consistent reliable quality supplies through Process Audits, Supplier Quality systems Improvements and CAPA management

knowledge on proprietary parts like brakes, clutch, steering etc..
knowledge on hydraulics system
knowledge on process and product audit
knowledge on Parts Inspection
