Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Sultanpur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow, managing team performance, and driving the achievement of strategic goals. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with company policies, monitoring project timelines, and contributing to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in coordination, communication, and organizational abilities
Expertise in project planning and operational management
Knowledge in compliance protocols and process optimization
Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Proficiency in using software tools relevant to management and operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
