Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Training to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and training, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
